I was very satisfied with the location and service. I especially enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast menu. The bedrooms were also kept clean and tidy every day, making it a place I'd love to return to.

The front desk clerk Laura was very friendly and helpful. She answered any questions we had. Sara the housekeeping supervisor was also very friendly and answered any questions we had. Since we were here for 4 nights she would ask in the morning if we needed anything for our room. Thank you ladies for making our stay memorable. This stay was for hubbies birthday and our 20 year anniversary.

I really appreciate, a welcoming of pets. My 2 little dogs had a blast. Service 5/5 Clean 5/5 Beds 5/5 2 adults 2 small dogs. Room size perfect for us. I recommend this place. Paid in advance room was ready at 3pm. It's around food places gas I slept like a baby.

New Year’s Eve, 2025, obviously running a skeleton crew tonight. But then machines do their machine thing and take a little hiccup. Making the check in process tough on everyone involved. Staff, guests, dogs, actually the dogs don’t seem to mind, is every dog in Camp Verde Happy. Some guests got mad and some even yelled at the staff. First off, shame on that person. Of course I’m sure they are having a bad day. So shame on me maybe. Ok, I take back the shade I threw. I’m sorry. But maybe we can all take a deep breath next time and don’t blame the messenger. I guarantee the extremely nice lady working the front desk did not want the situation to be happening either. I just wanted to counter any bad comments the staff may get tonight for things outside their ability to control AND we are still in the holidays. Compassion and patience are contagious. And angry behavior will Definitely put the fine dogs of camp verde l comfort inn on edge. So be nice for the dogs sake everyone! Happy New Years!

We needed a place to stay while the RV got some work done on it. I appreciate that they allow big dogs to stay, that's a rare find. And there were poo bags in the pet area. There is also a big parking area for RVs and semis. There is a fuel station next door that can accommodate larger vehicles; another big perk. The staff was very friendly and hardworking. The hotel was clean inside and out. I saw them clean the pool every morning. The breakfast was the usual 2-star breakfast. This hotel is now on my list of places to stay.

They consistently went above and beyond, anticipating needs before I even asked. Their local knowledge and genuine care made my stay feel personal and welcoming. Special recognition to Michelle, the lead housekeeper, whose attention to detail was remarkable. The room was immaculate, and she ensured every comfort was provided. When I needed extra towels, they arrived promptly with a smile. The entire staff operates like a well-oiled machine, yet maintains that small-town friendliness Camp Verde is known for. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was professional, warm, and helpful. They truly set the standard for hospitality. This team transforms a simple hotel stay into a memorable experience. Was a good place to bed down. Rates was good. And had a free continental breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 AM. You could get hot or cold food. Plenty of food to choices from

Big shout out to the staff at the Comfort Inn on New Year’s Eve 2025->2026. They are short staffed and still keeping the attitudes positive and the atmosphere fun and light, despite having tech issues plaguing them and disgruntled customers. I apologize for any misspellings of names: thank you Briana, Naomi, Joshua, the two house keeping ladies who were kind enough to make sure my room was alright and gave me extra towels, and the few others I know are putting in the hours and effort beyond a normal shift.
